Metal Hair Claw Clips
Metal hair claw clips are die-cast from zinc alloy — the standard metal for hair accessories because it reproduces complex shapes (teeth, cutouts, filigree) at a fraction of the cost of solid-metal machining. Each clip is then electroplated in gold, silver, rose gold or gunmetal.
The plating is half the product: we use a two-layer process (base coat + top coat) so the color does not chip or fade to reveal the base metal, and the finish is tarnish-resistant for daily use. Springs are stainless steel, fatigue-tested to 500+ cycles, and every edge is polished to avoid snagging. Nickel-free plating is available and EU nickel directive compliant.
